I offer live-in private cheffing for week-long stays, retreats and extended visits, creating a seamless and personalised dining experience within the comfort of your home or holiday residence. My time cheffing in Corfu and on Tresco in the Isles of Scilly shaped my love for immersive, destination-based cooking — designing vibrant, seasonal menus that feel relaxed yet refined, tailored entirely to you and your guests. Living and cooking within your space allows me to provide an attentive yet discreet service so you can fully unwind and enjoy exceptional food throughout your stay. I am available for live-in bookings with advance notice.

I’m Rosie, a private chef creating vibrant, seasonal food for private dining, live-in stays, events, and film & TV productions. My cooking is rooted in a plant-forward approach, complemented by carefully sourced meats and fish, with flavours inspired by Mediterranean, Pan Asian and Middle Eastern cuisines.
My experience includes private cheffing in Corfu and on Tresco in the Scilly Isles, as well as catering for events and cast and crew on film and television sets. These varied settings have shaped my calm, adaptable style and my ability to deliver consistently delicious food, whether in a family home, at a celebration, or on location.
